No Returns / No Refunds

Due to the hygienic and intimate nature of our product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been delivered.

Menstrual cups fall under personal hygiene products, and for the safety and well-being of all our customers, all sales are final.

We kindly request customers to read the product details, size guide, and instructions carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit, or

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Kindly share:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

After verification, we will arrange a replacement if the issue is confirmed.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, menstrual cups are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

This applies to:

  • Used menstrual cups

  • Unused menstrual cups

All sales are final.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges once the product has been delivered, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items as mentioned above.
